FARMWISE Indiana Inc is pleased to announce we are launching as a standalone nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization in service to the farmers, food producers, buyers, and middle of supply chain businesses throughout Indiana. We work through farm to institution market channels to ensure local food reaches anyone who eats at a school, university, hospital, corporate cafeteria, and beyond. Our work helps ensure all Hoosiers have access to locally grown and raised foods that positively impact health, community, and economy.
We are extremely grateful to our main funder, Builders’ Vision and we are interested in partnering with you, your program, or your organization to increase sales and wholesale market opportunities for Indiana farmers. We are thrilled to have a role in the Indiana Food System and to build relationships with the people who are producing, moving, and cooking foods for our eaters. We hope those relationships increase sales, communication, and capacity for local food production.
